Salinas Cardenas

For this project, we had to make an actual book. I chose to do it on the short story of The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Gilman. I designed the layout of the pages since this is written like journal entries. I recreated the yellow wallpaper that she described in the story for the cover and end papers. The end papers have a figure trapped in the wallpaper since though out the story, she becomes more obsess with the wallpaper and start seeing a woman in it. I also hand made the book as well binding it and making the book structure and gluing it all together.
