Salinas Cardenas

During my senior year, I worked on my capstone project on the Feminist History of Typography. I focused on 15 women typographers that made a difference in the world of typography. I created this wall timeline to show different women throughout the last hundred  years. I chose to show 5 out of 15 women on the wall timeline with their font breaking out on the wall. I also created a book that talks about all 15 women and show the fonts they made as well. This project is about 9ft tall by 8ft wide. All illustrations I created. This is made with vinyl, white frames, foam core on satin text weight paper. The book is 8.5 x 11ins softback book on 100lb satin paper. The link below will go to the book to learn more about it.
